These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) set forth the standards of use of the Website and Service. By using the Website you (hereafter “you” or the “Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of the Website. Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement without prior notice. Modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement as amended and/or modified. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended or modified.

Registration, Age Requirements and Account Holder Responsibility

In order to access certain portions of the Service, upload content to the Website, and order product, you will need to create an account and become a “Registered User” of the Website. To become a Registered User you must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise be able to form a legally binding contract with Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated. Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated does not sell products for or to children, but sells its products to adults who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method.

Order Placement and Payment

Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated makes reasonable business efforts to provide current and accurate descriptions and prices of its products. However, product prices, product availability and product promotions are subject to change without notice prior to our acceptance of your order. All prices and amounts shown on the Website are in U.S. Dollars and you hereby agree that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to your credit card or otherwise paid by you with an approved payment method. Tax exemptions will not be granted unless Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated receives a valid and signed tax exempt certificate with your product order or as otherwise provided by law. All sales are final and no refunds are given. Items purchased will not be exchanged for cash or other services without the express written permission from the owner.

Order Approval and Change Orders

You are responsible for final proof and layout approval of your artwork prior to sending your job to press. Any jobs that have been approved and sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the automated process which results from the “send to press” action.

Creation / Art Checks

After you have approved your proof, Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated’s quality control personnel may, but are not required to, stop your job if they believe your job contains “Suspect Art” i.e. artwork that has defects such as low resolution. In such event, your job will be printed as is and Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated will not be responsible for the quality of the printed job.

It is your responsibility to review your order prior to sending it to press. Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated will not be responsible or liable for:

Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you;
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images;
Design errors or color selection errors introduced by you in the artwork file creation process;
Errors in user-selected options such as product type, paper selection, size, finishing options, or quantity;
Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated specifications;
Duplicate orders placed by you;
Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services selected by you;
Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you; and
Color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by you. Note: screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not the finished size, color or density.

Reprints

You must notify Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated within 3 business days of order delivery to report any defects or errors discovered in your delivered product. In the event a defect or error is detected in your printed product, 100% of the product should be returned to Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated at your expense within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Should the claim be approved by Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated, a reprint at no cost will be shipped to you using the original shipping method.

Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. For all orders, you must contact Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated Representative or Customer Service within 30 days of placing your order to request your reprint or refund. Reprints or Refund requests can be made after 30 days and not exceed 45 days. If approved by Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated in its sole discretion, will be issued as a credit toward your next order.

Art File Retention and Access

Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated will use reasonable efforts to maintain art files and PDF proofs uploaded to the Website for a reasonable period of time, not to exceed a year. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, you hereby agree that you are solely responsible at your sole cost and expense for creating backup copies of your content, including but not limited to art files and PDF proofs uploaded and/or generated through use of the Service. Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated does not guarantee that content uploaded to the Website will be available for future use.

Email Notifications

Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated is not responsible for automated email notifications that are redirected due to your email filter settings. If you use an address with an email filter that requires each sender to fill out a form, you may not receive our automatic notification messages. It is your responsibility to check your "my account" page or contact a Customer Service Representative for the most current information on your order.

By creating an account, requesting in office services or ordering product from Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated you agree to receive various emails from Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated pursuant to our Privacy Policy. Job Status Notifications are sent via email to update you regarding job status changes, job shipment and job-related warnings such as proofs, delays or art issues. Periodic newsletters, product specials, one-time sales, new coupons and time-sensitive offers are also sent pursuant to our Privacy Policy and Member opt-in or opt-out requests. If you wish to be removed from the special offer emails, please click the remove link at the bottom of the received email.

Right to Refuse Service

Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated reserves the right to cancel or otherwise refuse to print any content that we deem to be unlawful, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, offensive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable. Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated reserves the right to charge you for services rendered up to the point that the job was cancelled pursuant to this paragraph.

Modifications and Interruption to Service

Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to you. Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated shall not be liable any Member or any third party should Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Fast501c3.com or Fast501c3, Incorporated does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Website and operation of the Website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
